Nicholas Glauser

Team Leader, Change Em Ways

Mens Outreach Service Aboriginal Corporation (MOSAC)

Nicholas Glauser is currently the Team Leader for the Change Em Ways Men’s Behaviour Change Programs and the Dijun Way primary prevention program, run by Men's Outreach Service Aboriginal Corporation. Fourteen years ago, Nicholas moved to Broome with his partner to work as a chef but soon transitioned into community work. After two years in Youth Justice, he shifted to the family and domestic violence sector, spending the past eight years in this field.

Nicholas helped establish the Kimberley’s first Men’s Behaviour Change program and subsequently the Change Em Ways Programs, which have operated in Broome for seven years and in the wider community for four. Dijun Way, their primary prevention program, has been engaging young people for two years.

Collaborating with the community has been deeply rewarding for Nicholas, and building strong relationships has been vital to the success of his programs in creating positive change.
